SHIPPING POLICY

We offer 3 automatic delivery options on our checkout page
1. Registered Airmail (through the postal service) -delivery within 2 - 3 weeks and the order can not be over 30 kilos. For orders you do not require in a hurry, inexpensive but want a reliable shipping method.
2. UPS - delivery within 3 days to 6 business days. (orders require a signature at time of delivery and can not be released without a signature). For orders you require in a hurry and are not over 30 kilos in weight.
3. Sea freight for larger orders - approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. For orders of at least one cubic meter in size (as this is the minimum size) and orders that are heavy as sea shipments are based on size only.

Please note that shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping rates do not include customs duties, VAT, or any local taxes and/or duties, if applicable; these will be the sole responsibility of the customer upon receipt.
We attach an international customs declaration to your package and you are charged for the mailing or shipping of your package.

Customs duties are not assessed until a package arrives at the designated country and they cannot be paid in advance. Upon arrival into the country, the shipping method you chose will route it to a Customs International facility, where inspectors will determine whether duty is owed. If duty is owed, it will be collected from the recipient before the delivery of the package.

Shipping and handling charges.

The estimated shipping charges for your order will be calculated at the time of checkout. The shipping charges depend on the shipping destination, shipping weight and method of shipment. The more you buy, the less your shipping costs are as a percentage of your total purchase. Larger orders will result in savings both on products as we offer a discount on orders over $100.00 and $250.00 and the shipping costs are also reduced. We base our shipping charges on the total weight of your order so you are charged the lowest possible shipping rate.

UPS for fast, reliable, traceable, insured but more expensive. You should consider using UPS: for gifts which are required on a specific date, highly breakable items and light weight orders. Delivery time: In stock items: 3-5 days Out of stock items: 2-3 weeks Traceable: It is possible to trace your package online.

Registered Airmail:
Registered Airmail is faster than surface mail, reliable and traceable, not insured but less expensive than courier. Because the order is registered it can be traced. Use Registered Airmail for orders up to 30 kilos, orders that are not a rush, and when you want the least expensive shipping method for small orders. If you don't receive your items within the above delivery time, please contact us and we will put a trace on it for you. The package cannot be lost as it is registered.
Delivery time: In stock items: 2-4 weeks. Out of stock items: 3-5 weeks

Other shipping options are:

Air freight anywhere in the world with 7 - 14 days delivery time for larger than 30 kilos if you need the order quickly. We will gladly give you a quotation on any order you require.
Sea mail which can take up to 4 to 6 weeks, is the least expensive.

Returned Shipments: All the packages returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be resent at the customer’s expense.
