RETURNS POLICY:

Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items. Our policy on refunds is that we offer 100% refund on products if returned to us in new condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Cost of all shipping and any re-import duties will be deducted.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your order before delivery, please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice total.
1. Product Condition:
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, construction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Orientalize Co. Ltd., Thailand

2. Packing and Shipping: Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton and Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the return authorization # on the outside of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible return authorization # will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Please use the most convenient means of shipping and insurance is recommended.

REPLACEMENTS:

For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 21 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
